Joy’s entire career has been spent in the tourism industry in South Africa either in inbound travel or in the hotel industry and she has been involved in marketing both locally as well as internationally. She has gained many years of experience on both sides of the fence – as an operator and also as a supplier.

Resigning from Rovos Rail has resulted in a new chapter in Joys life. She is extremely happy to be promoting three new products namely Siviti a Luxury Safari Lodge (previously Thornybush River Lodge), Rogge Cloof which is a really lovely privately owned,  eco-friendly Guest Farm in the Karoo, 12km this side of Sutherland and Travessia Beach Lodge in Mozambique.
